REFUND POLICY

  1. Once the payment is made the link will be accessible only on the given email details
  2. The details for the course logins will reach you latest by 72 hours of payment. The refund request will be granted at the sole discretion of thefoundationroom.in
  3. If the listed course is removed due to an unforeseen error on the side on thefoundationroom.in then all payments will be refunded automatically in such cases.
  4. No refund will be given to any individual who has tried to access the content on the website through unauthorised means of any kind.
  5. Refunds lie at the sole discretion of the case at hand and will be a final decision by thefoundationroom.in
  6. In addition to the above, all refunds are subject to a processing fee which would be the equivalent of 4% of the payment made via the payment gateway deductions.
  7. The same is applicable for all students outside India too

Discount Codes, Promotions and Offers

  1. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.
  2. The Foundation Room reserves the sole right to refuse or alter any coupon, promotion, or discount at its discretion.
  3. All discounts, promotions, and coupons will be verified manually. All purchases will be canceled without any refund if failed to verify within 2 weeks.
  4. Any offer, promotion, or discount code is non-transferable and can be availed only by the person/people for whom it was generated.
  5. All decisions are at the sole discretion of the The Foundation Room
  6. If a course does not have a coupon code, that means no current discount is on going and the payment will be at the set value on the website.

Cancellation

  1. After confirming your seat for a course if you wish to cancel due to any last minute unforeseen circumstances, please contact join@thefoundationroom.in
  2. Refunds will be provided case to case basis depending on course schedule. Usually on the day of the course, cancellations do not have an allowance for a refund as the seat has been booked and admissions to another student are not being made due to that.
  3. If the student needs to cancel their admission, but wishes to pass on their course seat to another please contact join@thefoundationroom.in for adjusting the seat.
  4. For permanent discontinuation of the course, the faculty and course coordinator needs to be notified. The recorded links will be made invalid for the courses that do not have lifetime access of practise material.
